Long freeze cycle — is that a refrigerant problem?
Not always. Scale, water flow, a weak pump, a dirty condenser or high ambient air can all extend freeze. We check those before we touch the sealed system.
Can you get us ice while it's down?
We'll tell you the fastest local source and, where we can, move ice or a temporary machine so service continues.
How often should it be cleaned?
Denver water is hard. Most machines need descale and sanitize at least twice a year, more in high-volume bars. We can put it on a schedule.
